The consultant will be paid only for the services performed <br />as requested by staff and in accordance with the rates submitted in their proposal. The <br />agreement includes an optional one-year extension for a potential total agreement term <br />of three years. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with the action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Total compensation is not to exceed $70,000 for the term of the agreement, inclusive of <br />the extension option. The entire agreement amount has been budgeted in the approved <br />Fiscal Year 2021-22 Capital Improvement Program (Project #22-6692).
