What is the extent of their <br />involvement in the process? <br />As described D.5.1.1 above, the proposed Project is consistent with numerous planning <br />documents that the City was involved with and/or a part of. Many of these planning <br />documents, such as the City's 2020 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) were <br />prepared with widespread support and integration from the public, as well as numerous <br />local and regional agencies identified in Section 2.2.1 of this document. <br />The City of Santa Ana has started communication with Southern California Edison (SCE) <br />who are very supportive of this project and have been collaborating with the City on this <br />project.
