As indicated in the Cost Analysis (Exhibit 5) and as summarized in the <br />table below, the estimated total construction delivery cost of the project is $554,582. The <br />construction bids came in lower than anticipated. The contingency is higher to take <br />advantage of these lower costs and to maximize the allocation of CDBG funding as well <br />as to account for unknown and unanticipated conditions. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. ER- <br />2021-114 was filed for the project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As indicated in the Cost Analysis, the estimated total construction delivery cost of the <br />project is $554,582 which includes construction, contract administration, inspection, <br />testing, and an authorized contingency. Funds for this project were appropriated in Fiscal <br />Year 2021-22 and are available for expenditure. Any remaining balances not expended <br />at the end of the fiscal year will be carried forward into FY 2022-23 for expenditure.
