<br /> 40 <br />TASK 8-B: MICRO CAMPAIGN: EMERGENCY KITS: DEVELOP CAMPAIGN <br />TIMELINE <br /> <br />Objective: Establish a campaign timeline that delivers in order to increase the number of <br />residents who assemble the five-gallon ROC emergency preparedness buckets/kits in their <br />homes/businesses. <br /> <br />Task Description: Create, establish and implement a timeline to promote ROC, specifically the <br />importance of curating a 5-gallon ROC emergency bucket/kit. This task includes: <br />a. Developing a draft calendar with respective outreach activities for Santa Ana Project <br />Manager approval <br />b. Accounting for any competing/concurrent campaigns that potential partners/community <br />organizations may be engaged in. <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Create a timeline. <br />b. Present timeline to and seek approval approval of Santa Ana Project Manager <br />c. Execute activities in accordance with the approved timeline. <br /> <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Approve timeline for execution. <br /> <br /> <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the completion of the deliverables detailed in the task <br />description above and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task completion letter. <br />Planned completion and invoicing will be at the end of October 2021. <br /> <br /> <br />TASK 8-C: MICRO CAMPAIGN: EMERGENCY KITS: IDENTIFY POTENTIAL <br />PARTNERS <br /> <br />Objective: Execute an audit of existing ROC partners to then identif y a new list of potential <br />patterns who can assist in the outreach, advertising and communications of our effort to <br />encourage residents to curate a five-gallon emergency bucket. <br /> <br />Task Description: Identify a list of existing and new partners to increase awareness on the <br />importance of assembling a 5-gallon emergency bucket. <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Develop a list of existing and potential partners for the approval of the Santa Ana Project <br />Manager <br />b. Begin reaching out to existing partners to schedule strategy discussions and outreach <br />events.
