Planned completion <br />and invoicing will be at the end of October 2021. <br /> <br />TASK 7-C: MICRO CAMPAIGN: SCHOOL REPORTERS: IDENTIFY POTENTIAL <br />PARTNERS <br /> <br />Objective: Execute an audit of existing S4’s partners to then identify a new list of potential patterns <br />who can assist in the outreach, advertising and communications of our effort to inform and encourage <br />student participation. <br /> <br />Task Description: Identify a list of existing and new partners to increase awareness among potential <br />school reporters. <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Develop a list of existing and potential partners for the approval of the Santa Ana Project <br />Manager <br />a. List may include promotional partnerships to encourage participation i.e. “Text for <br />Tacos”. <br />b. Begin reaching out to existing partners to schedule strategy discussions and outreach events <br /> <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Provide approval on the list of potential partners. <br /> <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the completion of the deliverables detailed in the task description <br />above and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task completion letter. Planned completion <br />and invoicing will be at the end of November 2021. <br /> <br />TASK 8: MICRO CAMPAIGN: VIDEO GAME SECURITY <br /> <br />Objective: Plan, develop and outline micro-campaign concept for a campaign to increase parent <br />awareness of child tracking, predators and radicalization risks that exist in video game chat rooms. <br />Many parents/legal guardians are unaware of these potential threats or the dangers of online gaming. <br /> <br />Task Description: <br />Create a micro-campaign that increases parents and community awareness regarding online threats in <br />video game chat rooms and how they can be proactive to protect younger demographics. <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Develop the micro campaign plan, identify partners, outreach channels, activities, promotional <br />materials, schedule and budget. <br />b. Present micro campaign plan timeline for the approval of Santa Ana Project Manager <br />c. Begin to execute micro-campaign tasks in accordance with the approved plan.
