The final CAPER will capture performance information from the fourth quarter <br />that is not available to date. For this reason, several tables in the draft CAPER are blank. <br />Each table in the final CAPER will be complete to show the progress made in meeting the <br />Five-Year Consolidated Plan objectives. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1. Draft CAPER <br />Submitted By: Steven Mendoza, Assistant City Manager <br />Approved By: Kristine Ridge, City Manager <br />Homeless <br />Services <br />ď‚·Provided assistance to 525 persons through street outreach, <br />homeless prevention, rapid re-housing, or shelter. This number <br />includes 116 children and 12 individuals who reported as <br />Veterans. Numbers also include 135 individuals who reported <br />having a chronic health condition, 120 individuals who reported <br />having a mental health problem, and 111 individuals who <br />reported having a physical disability.
