Subrecipient shall immediately return any items of Equipment to County or its representatives or <br />dispose of them in accordance with the directions of County's Project Manager. <br />Subrecipient further agrees to the following: <br />A.To maintain all items of Equipment in good working order and condition, except for normal <br />wear and tear. <br />B.To label all items of Equipment, do periodic inventories as required by County's Project <br />Manager and to maintain an inventory list showing where and how the Equipment is being <br />used, in accordance with procedures developed by County's Project Manager. All such lists <br />shall be submitted to County's Project Manager within ten (10) days of the request, therefore <br />I nventory lists must be maintained for four (4) years after final disposition of property. <br />C.To report in writing to County's Project Manager immediately after discovery, the loss or theft <br />of any items of Equipment. For stolen items, the local law enforcement agency must be <br />contacted, and a copy of the police report submitted to County's Project Manager. <br />D.To purchase a policy or policies of insurance covering loss or damage to any and all <br />Equipment purchased under this Contract, in the amount of the full replacement value thereof, <br />providing protection against the classification of fire, extended coverage, vandalism, <br />malicious mischief and special extended perils ( all risks) covering the Parties' interests as they <br />appear. <br />E.The purchase of any Equipment by Subrecipient shall be requested by Subrecipient in writing, <br />shall require the prior written approval of the Administrator and shall fulfill the provisions of <br />this Contract which are appropriate and directly related to Subrecipient's service or activity <br />under the terms of this Contract. County may refuse reimbursement for any costs resulting <br />from Equipment purchased, which are incurred by Subrecipient, if prior written approval has <br />not been obtained from County's Project Manager. <br />65.Compliance with Law -Contract: In its performance under this Contract, Subrecipient shall <br />fully comply with the requirements of the following, whether or not otherwise referred to in this <br />Contract: <br />A.WIOA and all applicable Federal statues, regulations, policies, procedures and directives, <br />including but not limited to, 20 CFR WIOA NPRM Parts 676 through 678 and Parts 675, <br />679 through 687. <br />i.All applicable standards and orders and requirements issued under Section 306 of the <br />Clean Air Act, Section 508 of the Clean Water Act and Environmental Protection Agency <br />regulations in contracts in excess of$100,000. <br />ii.All mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency as particularized in the <br />State Energy Conservation Plan (Title 20, California Code of Regulations), as required by <br />the U.S. Energy Policy and Conservation Act (P.L. 94-163) as each may now exist or be <br />thereafter amended; <br />B.All applicable State statues, regulations, policies, procedures and directives;County of Orange OC Community Resources Page40 of43 City of Santa Ana Contract No.:MA-012-20011850 <br />EXHIBIT 2
