G. UTILITY COORDINATION. The Consultant shall be responsible for all utility <br />coordination efforts, including but not limited to; coordination with Edison for any <br />electrical service connections, and water service connections for irrigation and water <br />fountains. <br />H. CIVIL ENGINEERING PLANS. The consultant shall be responsible for the preparation <br />of any civil engineering plans required for this project including, but not limited to, the <br />following; Horizontal and Vertical Control plan, On -site Grading and Drainage plan, Site <br />Utility Plan, and plans to include concrete alley improvements and minor off -site repair <br />work along new park right-of-way. <br />I. LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PLANS. The consultant shall be responsible for the <br />preparation of any landscape architectural plans required for this project including, but not <br />limited to, the following; Site Layout/Construction Plans and Details including all <br />architectural feature components identified in the introduction portion of this RFP, Site <br />Sections (as applicable), and Planting and Irrigation (plans, Details, Notes, Calculations). <br />J. ELECTRICAL PLANS. The consultant shall be responsible for the preparation of any <br />electrical plans required for this project including, but not limited to, the following; <br />Electrical Site Plan to include walkway lighting, shade structure lighting, basketball court <br />lighting, parking area lighting, irrigation, Location of panels, switchgear, meters, <br />Schedules, Details, Photometric Analysis, and Notes. <br />K. PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES (PS&E) <br />1. Development of Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E): <br />a) All reports, plans, specifications and quantity calculations shall conform to criteria, <br />policies, procedures and standards of the City. The Consultant shall use the <br />boilerplate for cut sheets, specifications and estimates provided by the City. <br />b) The plan development shall include four (4) milestone deliverables-30%, 60%, <br />90% (pre -final) and 100% (final). All plan sheets shall be prepared at a reasonable <br />standard scale to be noted on plans. The necessary plans for each PS&E package <br />shall include, but are not be limited to: <br />• Title Sheet <br />• Civil Engineering <br />o Erosion Control Plan <br />o Horizontal and Vertical Control Plan <br />o Parking lot and alley <br />o Grading (including precise) and On -Site Drainage plan <br />o Site Utility Plan (for drinking fountain) <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 21-055 <br />Page Al-4 <br />
