Design West Engineering <br />Heath Habig I Project Manager: <br />Heath is a senior landscape architect <br />with 25 years of landscape <br />architectural design experience at all <br />phases of the project delivery process <br />including schematic design, design <br />development, construction documentation and <br />construction support. Heath has worked on a wide <br />variety of projects during his career and continues to <br />pull from this experience on city parks, trails, <br />streetscapes, single family housing developments, <br />senior living facilities and commercial sites. He is also <br />an experienced project manager and recently <br />completed the design and construction efforts on <br />Mariposa Park for the City of Santa Ana. <br />Availability: 40% <br />Kim Rhodes I Principal -in -Charge: <br />Kim is a California registered, award - <br />winning landscape architect, client <br />manager, and vice president with <br />DEA. She worked with City staff on <br />both the Memory Lane and Mariposa Park projects, <br />and was instrumental in preparing award -winning <br />submittals for Memory Lane Park. <br />Availability: 25% <br />Todd Holmes I QA/QC / Public <br />Outreach: Todd is a California <br />licensed landscape architect with <br />extensive experience in the public <br />sector throughout Southern California. <br />For the past 33 years, he has been <br />responsible for the design and management of a wide <br />variety of projects including neighborhood and <br />community parks, trails, campgrounds, streetscapes, <br />restroom facilities and recreation centers. Todd has <br />also been involved in significant and successful public <br />outreach efforts throughout his career. <br />Availability: 30% <br />David Evans and Associates, Inc.
