Proposal to provide <br />Landscape Architectural Design for Standard -McFadden Park — RFP No. 21-055 <br />Jon Oen I Irrigation Design: Jon is a <br />certified commercial irrigation <br />designer, certified landscape irrigation <br />auditor, and a partner with the U.S. <br />Environmental Protection Agency's <br />how (EPA's) WaterSense program. For 23 <br />years, he has worked on a wide variety of irrigation <br />projects including parks, streetscapes, interchanges, <br />hotels, resorts, residential, and commercial <br />developments. Jon provides construction observation <br />including submittal review and site visits (main line <br />testing) specifically focused on irrigation systems and <br />controls. He is well versed in the regulatory guidelines <br />associated with AB1881 (Model Water Efficient <br />Landscape Ordinance). <br />Availability: 40% <br />Mark Oskorus I Civil Engineering <br />_ Task Lead: Mark has 25 years of <br />experience in the civil engineering <br />profession. He has successful hands- <br />on design engineering experience on <br />public works, education, commercial, <br />and residential development projects. Mark has an <br />extensive background in all aspects of computer <br />technology as it relates to the civil engineering <br />profession including grading, street, storm drain, <br />sanitary sewer systems, and water design; in addition <br />to coordination with utility companies for relocation <br />and installation of new wet and dry utilities. Mark and <br />his team were instrumental on the engineering tasks <br />associated with Mariposa Park in the City of Santa <br />Ana. <br />Availability: 40% <br />Robert Vasquez I Survey Task <br />Lead: Bob has 34 years of experience <br />in the field of land surveying. He has <br />r served in many roles from managing <br />projects, field crews, office support <br />Mr,flim teams, 3D laser scanning, and <br />developing a new service for subsurface 3D utility <br />mapping.
