<br />Matt has nine years of civil engineering experience
<br />including public works, commercial, and residential
<br />development projects. His experience includes
<br />grading, street, storm drain, sanitary sewer system,
<br />and water design.
<br />Mountain Village at Tejon Ranch, Tejon, California
<br />Mountain Village is a fully entitled community
<br />comprising of 3,450 homes, up to 160,000 square feet
<br />of commercial development and up to 350,000 square
<br />feet of support facilities. The commercial development
<br />includes hotel, spa and resort facilities with up to 750
<br />lodging units. Amenities include riding and hiking
<br />trails, equestrian facilities and private community
<br />centers that fit into and enhance the natural terrain.
<br />Facilities to support the development include fire
<br />stations, two helipads, electrical substation, water
<br />treatment and a Water Resources Recover Facility
<br />(WRRF). The entitlement area is 26,417 acres,
<br />of which 80% will be permanently preserved as
<br />ranchland and other undeveloped open space. DEA is
<br />providing civil engineering design to obtain final map
<br />and improvement plans for Phases 1 and 2 of TTM1
<br />and for the first phase of Farm Village Commercial
<br />Development. Matt is providing engineering support
<br />services.
<br />Alberhill Ridge Master -Planned Community,
<br />Riverside County, California
<br />While with another firm, Matt provided civil
<br />engineering support for this master -planned
<br />community in the County of Riverside. The
<br />development includes 397 acres and 939 single-
<br />family home units. His tasks also included a vesting
<br />tentative tract map, hillside grading, utility master
<br />planning, and lot line adjustments.
<br />Oakmont Senior Living, Irvine, California
<br />Matt provided civil engineering support for the four -
<br />acre Oakmont Senior Living facility in the City of Irvine
<br />in Orange County. He provided final engineering,
<br />storm drain, water, sewer, street, grading, in addition
<br />to creating a recreational trail plan.

<br />Garrett has eight years of experience in civil
<br />engineering and construction. He is proficient in
<br />AutoCad Civil 3D and has designed streets, storm
<br />drains, water, sewerlines, rough grading, precise
<br />grading, retaining walls, demolition, and erosion
<br />control plans for arterial roads, private lots, parks,
<br />commercial buildings, and master residential
<br />neighborhoods.
<br />Van Ness, Santa Ana, California
<br />As engineering designer, Garrett worked on a five -
<br />lot residential project for Newport Pacific Family of
<br />Companies. He coordinated and worked with the
<br />client and project architect to design the street,
<br />water, sewer, storm drain, and precise grading plans.
<br />Additionally, Garrett assisted with the preparation of
<br />the Water Quality Management Plan WQMP.
<br />Cougar Park, Covina, California
<br />As civil designer, Garrett's main role was designing
<br />the pad and wall area around the cell towers to
<br />be constructed for AT&T. He worked on the final
<br />engineering, grading, and utility layout plans. Garrett
<br />was also responsible for coordinating with the project
<br />subconsultants, the client, and Southern California
<br />Edison. Additionally, he coordinated with surveyors,
<br />utility locators, and soil testers.
<br />The Boardwalk, Irvine, California
<br />The Boardwalk is a new Class A, office campus
<br />currently under construction on Jamboree Road
<br />in Irvine, California in the heart of the Irvine
<br />Business Complex. The project sits on 7.5 acres,
<br />and is comprised of two, nine -story towers totaling
<br />approximately 545,000 square feet of premier office
<br />space, 5,000 square feet of restaurant -focused retail,
<br />and two acres of landscaped open space. DEA
<br />provided the civil engineering including the design of
<br />the precise grading, site utility, stormwater control,
<br />and off -site improvement plans. DEA also provided
<br />design survey and construction survey services.
<br />Garrett served as civil designer responsible for the
<br />as -built sewer revisions, sending survey crews out,
<br />analyzing data, conducting redesign, and overseeing
<br />construction in field.
