At NPO Solutions, he worked to embed program evaluation and key performance indicator <br />metrics into the firm’s strategic planning model. He is skilled at guiding organizations in <br />developing systems for measurement, accountability, and continuous improvement. In addition, <br />he provided professional development and coaching services focused on data-driven <br />approaches to enhance service delivery and build collaborative evaluation culture into <br />organizations. <br />He co-founded and served as vice president of Public Works, Inc., a nonprofit organization <br />dedicated to utilizing data to improve the effectiveness of the public and nonprofit sectors. He <br />also served as a consultant and researcher. <br />Mr. Butler earned his master’s degree in political science from the University of California, Los <br />Angeles, and an undergraduate degree from Occidental College. He was a research fellow at <br />the RAND Corporation and is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s executive <br />program in social innovation through the Price School of Public Policy. <br />v.
