time is the Contractor permitted to use City dumpsters. <br />11. Emergency Services <br />The Contractor shall provide the City with names and telephone numbers of at least <br />two qualified persons who can be called by City representatives when emergency <br />maintenance conditions occur during hours when the Contractor's normal work force <br />Is not present In the City of Santa Ana. These Contractor representatives shall <br />respond to said emergency within thirty (30) minutes from receiving notification. <br />12.Damage Repair <br />a.All damage incurred by the Contractor's operations shall be repaired or replaced <br />in kind and size at the Contractor's expense. <br />b.Irrigation repairs shall be completed within twenty-four (24) hours using approved <br />materials. <br />c.Non-irrigation repairs shall be completed within seven (7) working days and shallbe repaired using only pre-approved materials. <br />13.Vandalism <br />Contractor shall be responsible for the labor to repair damaged landscaping causedby vandalism or vehicle accidents with material costs to be reimbursed by City. This shall be deducted from routine monthly <br />maintenance payments.
