The consultant will be paid only for the services performed as requested by staff and in accordance with the rates submitted in its proposal. The contract will include an option to extend the agreement for two additional one-year terms, for a maximum term of five years. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT There is no environmental impact associated with this action. FISCAL IMPACT The total aggregate amount of the agreements is not to exceed $100,000 for the term of the agreements including the extension option. The table below summarizes the estimated expenditures by Fiscal Year for the 3-year term of the agreements. The funds will be carried forward if the option to extend the agreements is exercised.
