<br />Professional Experience
<br />Corinne Lytle Bonine is the Director of Environmental Planning at Chambers Group, as
<br />well as a Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience. She has managed an
<br />array of NEPA and CEQA documents (including CEQA-equivalency and adjudicated CEQA
<br />processes): Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Impact Reports,
<br />Applications for Certification to the California Energy Commission, Environmental
<br />Assessments, and IS/MNDs, exemptions/exclusions.
<br />Both an accomplished team leader and field agent, Corinne has served as the visual
<br />resources and land use specialist on more than 75 projects. Her permitting projects
<br />include Endangered Species Act Sections 7 and 10 consultations, USACE Individual
<br />Permits, and Section 106 consultations. She has managed environmental constraints
<br />analyses, fatal flaw analyses and technical reports. Her experience includes supervisory
<br />roles in general environmental projects, large-scale environmental compliance projects,
<br />as well as in visual resources and land use impact analysis.
<br />Project Experience
<br />22-Unit Condominium Project, Environmental Impact Report, La Puente,
<br />CA
<br />Project Manager. Managed preparation of CEQA documentation for the 22-unit
<br />condominium project that would include the demolition of a historic theater. The
<br />Project included technical analysis for air quality, GHG emissions, and a historical
<br />assessment.
<br />PA6 North Elementary School IS/MND, IUSD, Irvine, CA
<br />Project Manager. Irvine Unified School District proposed to build a new elementary
<br />school, PA6 North Elementary School in order to accommodate the increasing
<br />enrollment demands for the District within the Orange County. PA 6 North Elementary
<br />accommodates a maximum of 1,000 students with 75 staff members and will provide K-
<br />6th grade educational services. Chambers Group prepared an IS/MND, including
<br />technical studies for air quality, noise, cultural resources, and hazardous materials.
<br />Civic Center Building 16 Demolition, KAL Architects for the County of
<br />Orange, City of Santa Ana, Orange County, CA
<br />Senior Project Manager. Corinne developed and delivered the Initial Study/Mitigated
<br />Negative Declaration for the Civic Center Building 16 Demolition in Orange County.
<br />Located at 601 North Ross St in Santa Ana, the aging building presented additional
<br />challenges in the form of historic resources assessments in addition to hazmat
<br />reporting. Additionally, due to project schedule concerns, the administrative draft of
<br />the IS/MND was prepared in only 1.5 weeks from receipt of notice to proceed.
<br />Teledyne Ryan Buildings Demolition EIR, San Diego County Regional
<br />Airport Authority and San Diego Unified Port District, San Diego, CA
<br />Senior Technical Reviewer. Corinne conducted an independent review of multiple
<br />resource areas during the preparation of the EIR for the proposed demolition of existing
<br />aviation manufacturing facilities. The specific issues of concern were the removal of
<br />asphalt and other paving materials, the removal and disposal of all hazardous and
<br />contaminated construction materials, the removal and disposal of chlorofluorocarbons,
<br />the cutting, capping and removal of all underground piping and utility systems, and the
<br />capping of storm drain and sanitary sewer laterals Corinne's work included coordination
