If you do have <br />someone to assist you, please ensure you have the required documents for the <br />application. The documents will need to be uploaded to complete the application. Please call beforehand to inform the <br />Community Center if the applicant chooses this option; t; the Community Center <br />is closed to the public. <br /> <br /> If households chooses Option 1, household will need to bring copies or <br />originals of the required documents for the application.
