If you do have <br />someone to assist you, please ensure you have the required documents for the <br />application. The documents will need to be uploaded to complete the application. If <br />you do not have access to the internet, please call one of these two nonprofit <br />organizations to request an application: <br /> <br /> Catholic Charities can provide assistance in English, Spanish and V ietnamese. <br />Please contact Loy GibsonAlba Ramiro at Catholic Charities at (714) 347-9602 <br />9668 or aramiro@ccoc.orglgibson@ccoc.org. <br /> The Salvation Army can provide assistance in English and Spanish. Please <br />contact Tabitha Walton at the Salvation Army at (714) 384-0481 <br />ocfamilyservices@gmail.com. <br /> <br /> <br />If the household does not have anyone to assist them by computer: <br />There are two options: <br /> <br />Option 1. <br />You can fill out a copy of the physical application in English, Spanish, or <br />Vietnamese at The Salvation Army Red Shield Community Center at 1515 W. <br />North Street, Anaheim; (714) 783-2344. Please call beforehand to inform the <br />Community Center if the applicant chooses this option; t; the Community Center <br />is closed to the public. <br /> <br /> If households chooses Option 1, household will need to bring copies or <br />originals of the required documents for the application.
