Provide on -call operations, maintenance, and repair services for the City's First Street stormwater lift station, including but not limited to: • Monitoring storm events and performing inspections to verify lift station is operational and ready to pump stormwater • Vacuum cleaning lift station wet -well, stormdrain lines, and catch basin inlets as -needed • Responding to and resolving urgent issues with the lift station 24-hours a day, 7-days a week • Conducting electrical and mechanical repairs or troubleshooting as -needed The City will provide basic training on stormwater lift station operations. Contractors shall respond to lift station issues within 1-hr of initial request. i. Procure and install metal gates within or at the outlet of stormdrain facilities. At a minimum, metal gates shall: • Prohibit access by the public into stormdrain facilities • Have a tamper -proof locking mechanism for dry -weather conditions • Be capable of opening freely during storm conditions or debris blockage City of Santa Ana RFP 21-004 Page A1-5
