Following the interviews, Hunsaker & Associates was determined to be the <br />most qualified firm for construction management of the project. In accordance with the <br />RFP, staff recommends awarding an agreement to Hunsaker & Associates (Exhibit 2). <br />Their proposal demonstrated a high degree of technical competence and experience <br />performing similar services. The proposal contains a clear path toward achieving City <br />goals and objectives as required by the RFP. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with the action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are budgeted and available for expenditure in the current Fiscal Year 2020-21 <br />Capital Improvement Program (Project No. 20-2731). The table below indicates the <br />estimated expenditures by fiscal year.
