Award Blanket Purchase Order Contracts for Painting Contractor Services <br />March 16, 2021 <br />Page 2 <br />5 <br />4 <br />9 <br />Solorio, Inc., were the lowest responsive to specifications, meet the City’s requirements <br />and comply with prevailing wage requirements. Awarding to five bidders allows for <br />competitive quotes on individual jobs and scheduling flexibility. <br />Outreach Efforts <br />The Purchasing Division advertised this project on the City’s online bid management and <br />publication system, which directly notified one Santa Ana vendor, of which they did not <br />submit a bid packet for consideration. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with the action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact at this time. Funding for these services is available in this years <br />approved FY Operating budgets, and will be budgeted in future fiscal years. Prior to <br />utilizing any of these on-call services, Public Works staff must receive Finance & <br />Management Services Agency approval of funding and accounts to ensure that funds are <br />available under the authorization and aggregate limit of these agreements. Upon <br />successful completion of this fiscal review, a corresponding Notice to Proceed containing <br />specific scope and maximum expenditure for the task order will be issued to a contractor. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
