2 1 FIRM AND PERSONNEL EXPERIENCE
AGUA CALIENTE RESORT
Hospitality/Entertainment - Rancho Mirage, CA
The Southland/Envise relationship with the casino began in 2002 when Southland
Construction built the casino with two York centrifugal chillers and Envise, then Southland
Service, assumed the maintenance. Years later, construction began expanding the
Casino and the resort broadened the maintenance contract to include six additional
Y-Series York chillers, 29 air handling units, cooling towers, fan coils, compressors, and
refrigeration. Our maintenance experience continues with the support of Agua Caliente's
casino and hotel equipment. Services provided include monthly and major equipment
annuals. During the first few years of the central plant operation, Envise provided service
on the equipment, which included repairs and operational requirements.
KEY STAFF: Craig Gonzalez - responsible for estimation and overall approach to the maintenance program
Greg Gonta - responsible for overseeing service technicians performing service and providing support
Aubrey Leyva - responsible for overall account management to ensure we continue to deliver what we promise and
ensure that costs proper costs are accounted for each year
Amy Shanahan - Dispatcher for all service calls and management of service schedule
CONTACT: James Stone, Director of Facilities
32-250 Bob Hope Dr, Rancho Mirage, CA 1760.202.2690
DATES: Various; Current maintenance term May 2020-April 2023
TOTAL COSTS: Various; Current annual maintenance cost is $90K
PASEO COLORADO
Entertainment - Pasadena, CA
Envise began preventative maintenance with Paseo Colorado Mall in 2011, working
with their York and Carrier centrifugal chillers. In the following years, we have added
additional HVAC equipment to the scope of our agreement. In 2016, Envise led a complete
controls retrofit from Alerton controls to Delta controls, adding controls maintenance to
our agreement. Due to our favorable relationship with Paseo, in 2017 we were awarded
a contract to install a new 400-ton Multi -Stack Oil Less Magnetic Levitating Bearing
Compressor Chiller. This project was completed with zero interruptions to mall operations.
CONTACT: Juan Morales, General Manager
300 East Colorado Blvd., Pasadena, CA 1626.795.8891 x212
DATES: Various; Current maintenance term January 2020-December 2021
TOTAL COSTS: Various; Current annual maintenance cost is $76K
Envise Proposal for City of Santa Ana - Facility HVAC Service, Maintenance and Repairs 16
