2 1 FIRM AND PERSONNEL EXPERIENCE <br />Client Letters of Recommendation <br />The following pages feature letters of recommendation from three of our clients whose HVAC equipment is similar to <br />that of the City of Santa Ana. As the Director, <br />Maintenance and Operations for Golden West College, I have had the pleasure to work with them for over <br />the past fourteen years and counting. During that time they have performed multiple projects including; <br />building our new Central Plant, replacing 25 roof top units, installing 94 new four pipe fan coil units, <br />including the heating hot water piping, conducting our ongoing preventive maintenance for the central <br />plant, and numerous smaller maintenance and repair projects. <br />During our continued partnership the campus communities at large have had nothing but positive <br />comments related to the Envise team as they have performed their work. Everyone is always thoughtful <br />and courteous of the students and staff and is more than willing to work around our schedules. The <br />knowledge that your team brings to any project is outstanding, from knowing the ins and outs of <br />California Energy Code 4217, being able to navigate through Prop 39 energy savings rules and <br />regulations, and understanding how to maximize our rebates with Southern California Edison.
