<br />Response to Concerns from <br />Tenants United <br />“There are people who have waited for more than 4 weeks <br />and still don’t know if they qualified for funding. How can the <br />city increase this response time?” <br />• Residents will begin receiving a step by step email <br />confirmation after they apply, so anyone applying knows <br />what to expect in the application process. <br />• Staff will also provide biweekly updates on application <br />status. <br />• Staff will also be expanding our contracts with two more <br />non-profit organizations to expedite the payment <br />processing time.
