As a mid -sized California corporation, we currently have over
200 technical personnel on staff, with 187 placed full-time at client organizations. Our
headquarters, where our entire proposed management team is based, is in Irvine, a short 14
miles/20-minute drive from ITD's offices. There has been no past, and there are no
contemplated, changes in Intratek's ownership.
Our solid understanding of the complexities involved in locating IT professionals to
complete critical and high -profile projects, as well as perform day to day tasks, is derived
from our extensive IT knowledge. Intratek was founded by IT professionals, and today is
still managed and operated by IT professionals. We have 31 years' experience providing IT
resources to government and public agencies for short- and long-term assignments, as well
as project -based assignments.
A thorough review of the RFP, coupled with our long-standing history of supplying IT
professionals, gives us an in-depth understanding of the services to be provided and equips
us to expertly provide those services.
3.1.2 Engagement and Resource Manager [RFP VI.F.3.iij
Upon contract award, we will leverage our established PMO to provide immediate
management of resource requests, the overarching contract and awarded positions. The
PMO's structure makes Intratek's full range of resources available in one place and ensures
success by centralizing control in an office that provides a single point of control and client
communication. The PMO is chartered to:
O Ensure complete customer satisfaction while managing and controlling costs
O Provide close management oversight of each awarded position
O Ensure we provide top-quality customer service that meets and exceeds the City's needs
O Provide maximum responsiveness and effective contract management
The PMO contains the departments in the organization structure, with each office being
fully staffed and ready to fully support the City and Intratek's management team. As
illustrated in Exhibit 3-1, Intratek is assigning a dedicated team to support the City: an
engagement manager, Mr. Jeffery Hunter, to manage day to day operations; a lead senior
recruiter/resource manager, Mr. Tim Sullivan and his team, to receive and respond to
resource requests; and an executive sponsor, Mr. Anthony Battey, to oversee performance
and facilitate additional support as needed.
The PMO's structure is key to creating a service ecosystem. It is fully equipped and scalable
to facilitate rapid responses to resource requests while managing awarded positions and the
overall contract. Throughout contract performance, the PMO will represent the center of
our operations. All routine, day-to-day operations in support of the City's as -needed IT
staffing needs will be managed out of the PMO.
RFP No. 20-124
Information Technology As -Needed Professional Services Page 16
