Our approach embeds PMI/PMP
and Six Sigma capabilities in our plan for managing each awarded position and provides
formal planning and control methods that are comprehensive, integrated and well
documented. Our processes ensure the full lifespan of every awarded position — from
resource request to candidate submittals to City acceptance to closeout — receives the
attention of our executive leadership staff. We view contract management as more than just
a contractual requirement; it is an integral part of our business process, and one that requires
regular communication with clients to review progress and status.
Our key PMO members have the leadership skills and experience managing similar
contracts needed to deliver high -quality personnel. We selected our key PMO members to
provide the City with a team whose combined experience and successful current and
relevant working relationships enable them to work collaboratively with City technical
management and provide leadership to deliver efficient, high -quality services. As
engagement manager, Mr. Hunter has full accountability for the contract's success. He is
responsible for customer satisfaction, the quality of services provided, and compliance. With
his close ties to other corporate executives, resource manager Mr. Sullivan, and the PMO
team is fully prepared to respond quickly and effectively to all requests for staff. Executive
sponsor Mr. Battey has the authority to reorganize priorities as necessary to ensure City
needs are consistently met in accordance with expectations and needs.
RFP No. 20-124
Information Technology As -Needed Professional Services Page 17
