To help OCTA manage a dynamic workforce <br />within a constrained budget, OCTA selected Intratek through a <br />competitive evaluation to serve as their sole source for providing short- <br />term, long-term and contract -to -hire conversion IT staffing resources. MR <br />Short-term staff complete IT projects, and long-term staff perform day -to- OCTA <br />day tasks and accept responsibility for all position requirements. After <br />five years of exceptional performance our contract was recompeted with a significant <br />increase in scope and responsibility. It was again awarded to Intratek for a new sole <br />source five-year term. <br />Over the last seven years we have placed a total of {Redacted} resources at OCTA across <br />the enterprise to include project management, applications development and support, <br />network engineering, business systems analysis, data warehousing and end user support. <br />100% of the staff members were successfully transitioned from the previous vendor, <br />ensuring business continuity and a retained knowledge base resulting in optimal enterprise <br />level contract performance. <br />Through this contract, Intratek enables OCTA's IS Department to provide technical support <br />for their portfolio of IT projects and initiatives. Our account manager works very closely <br />with OCTA, visiting their office in person at least once per week to ascertain satisfaction of <br />work performed by assigned resources, obtain new staffing requests, and check -in with <br />RFP No. 20-124 <br />Information Technology As -Needed Professional Services Page 116 <br />
