The account manager <br />2 consecutive contracts then sends requests to the assigned recruiters, <br />7 years' continuous performance who coordinate and execute recruitment efforts, <br />which include sourcing, screening, and <br />qualifying candidates. After determining a candidate is suitably qualified for the position, <br />the account manager forwards the candidate's resume to the appropriate OCTA manager, <br />and then coordinates and participates in candidate interviews.
