collection of GIS data, and assisting and collaborating with GIS team on projects varying in <br />scope and content. <br />Qualifications: Demonstrated experience using ESRI ArcGIS software and extensions <br />including familiarity with data manipulation, digitization and editing tools. Ability to create <br />maps based on a diverse set of user requirements and familiarity with both vector and raster <br />geospatial data formats. 1-3 years' experience and demonstrated proficiency with ESRI <br />ArcGIS software, strong willingness to learn and develop automated processes, and should <br />be familiar with converting CAD files to geodatabase. Experience with one or more of the <br />following: ModelBuilder, Python, ERDAS Imagine, AutoCAD/MicroStation, ArcGIS <br />Collector. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication needs including the ability to <br />communicate technical procedures to less technical users, ability to work in a team <br />environment, self -motivated, ability to work with and without supervision, ability to thrive <br />in a fast -paced environment, and commitment to follow and integrate high quality database <br />standards. Ability to pass a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) background check prior to <br />hire. <br />Contract doesn't have the Worked with the IT managers and contracting to develop position <br />position and rate for the skill requirements and job description to be added to the contract's labor <br />sets categories, and successfully placed 2 analysts. <br />Successful Placement #3 — GIS Technician <br />Description: GIS Technicians perform data quality control, thematic mapping and <br />cartography; data editing, data maintenance and data design; edit, maintain and design <br />data; and create spatial -analysis workflows. <br />Qualifications: Excellent understanding of Esri Arc 10.x environment; ArcGIS ArcMap; <br />cartography; geo-databases; Geodesy, network analyst extension; excellent written and oral <br />communication skills; works well within a team, outstanding listening skills, and ability to <br />follow directions. <br />Finding GIS Application Reached out to an instructor at University of Redlands with an <br />Developers in the local area extensive GIS curriculum due to its proximity to the company ESRI <br />that produces the industry leading GIS software. Was able to locate a <br />graduate student that was knowledgeable of a network of candidates / <br />professionals, which led to several successful placements. <br />4.1.9.4 Network and Telecommunications Services <br />Successful Placement #1— Telecommunications System Specialist <br />Description: Orange County Superior Court required a telecommunications system specialist <br />to recommend configuration and implementation of newly acquired Nexus 7000s. <br />Responsibilities included assisting with migration from Avaya 8600 to Cisco Nexus 5000; <br />assisting with implementation of SolarWinds monitoring tool; documenting new <br />implemented environment; training junior staff on the support of new Cisco switches; <br />RFP No. 20-124 <br />Information Technology As -Needed Professional Services Page 150 <br />
