We use TalentDome as an <br />` E m p l o y e e R e f e r r a l S y s t e m, ' vkhaitrzAing the fight talunt <br />for the company in exchange for a reward. It was developed with a focus on diversity sourcing for <br />creating a talent pool of qualified diverse candidates. TalentDome is an initiative for helping clients <br />build strong, diverse teams with a fair and unbiased sourcing process where recruiters can <br />anonymize and hide factors commonly associated with different forms of bias by selecting filters <br />before executing a candidate search or sharing a review queue with a hiring manager. This will <br />help in mitigating biasness related to Gender, appearance, ethnicity, age, School and cultural etc. <br />which can be done by hiding information such as names, photos, Employer names, gender details <br />etc. <br />Automated Processes <br />Infojini will use automated tools that enable us to automate and manage the entire recruitment <br />lifecycle from recruitment management, applicant tracking, contract employee management, <br />social recruiting, employer branding, candidate assessment & engagement, employee referrals, <br />talent identification, evaluation & engagement till onboarding.
