Creates, executes, and facilitates test plans and documenting results <br />b. Creates User Acceptance Test plan, scripts, cases for the Users to perform <br />and documents outcomes (bugs, ass/fail, change requests) <br />Possesses three or more (3+) years of recent experience working as part of a <br />development team following the Agile framework <br />1. Functions as an active member of the development team in an Agile <br />development environment <br />2. Performs the testing function within the Agile development team <br />3. Understands business requirements from a variety of sources and user <br />stories within an Agile development environment <br />4. Works with Product Owner and development team to review and understand <br />current and planned system functionality <br />Possesses two or more years (2+) experience creating IT system reference documentation <br />a. Prepares user help documentation and/or manuals, both online (within the <br />application) and digital soft/hard co <br />Serves as a dedicated member of IT Software Development Teams <br />a. Possesses the ability to work in a team environment, share information <br />proactively, and take direction from other team members <br />b. Effectively acquires and maintains professional rapport and mutual respect <br />with management, product owners, stakeholders, and team members <br />c. Organizes facts and findings, and presents information in clear and logical <br />form, orally, and through clearly written communication <br />d. Possesses excellent English communication skills both written and verbal <br />Uses technology and tools to effectively communicate and create/maintain project <br />documentation <br />a.
