(9) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />XII. IMPLEMENTATION <br />A. KICK-OFF MEETING <br />A kick-off meeting will be held after award of contract. Contractor and its team will <br />meet with City of Santa Ana staff to conduct introductions, discuss scope of services, <br />and implementation process. <br />B. NOTICE TO PROCEED <br />Following the kick-off meeting, a formal Notice to Proceed (NTP) may be issued after <br />the agreement is fully executed, and all insurance documents and contents of the <br />Payment Information Packet have been received and approved. <br />RFP No. 20-124 Information Technology As -Needed Professional Services Page 22 of 35 <br />
