Adopt a resolution authorizing the submittal of the application for the Per Capita grant <br />program <br />February 2, 2021 <br />Page 2 <br />3 <br />9 <br />4 <br />ď‚·Renovation of landscaping to enhance the entrance to the soccer field, parking lot <br />and new play area. <br />ď‚·Installation of sports lighting, security lighting and walkway to the soccer field. <br />The total project cost is estimated at $1,010,400 with $600,000 in FY 21/22 CDBG funds <br />(approval pending), $232,448 in Cannabis Public Benefit funds and the balance $177,952 <br />in Per Capita Grant funds. <br />Staff is working on the application form for the identified project and compiling the <br />documents to complete the packet that will be submitted to the State of California for <br />review and approval. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. Upon receipt from the State of <br />California of approval of the project, staff will return to the City Council to recognize and <br />appropriate the grant funds. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
