The project included <br />the removal and compaction of 250,000 CY of <br />soil; 275,000 SF of subgrade preparation and <br />street fine grading; 4,000 LF of reinforced > <br />concrete box storm drain; and construction of <br />street improvements, paving, utility installation, <br />signing, traffic installation, landscaping, and <br />irrigation. 15,000 CY of concrete were used to <br />construct the reinforced concrete box storm <br />drain. Major dewatering efforts and shoring under the Jamboree Bridge at Moffett <br />Drive presented significant challenges that Butier coordinated with success. <br />Butier staff coordinated with IRWD for installation of reclaimed and domestic <br />waterlines; County of Orange; and Department of the Navy. <br />Ontario Ranch included the development of a <br />master planned infrastructure program fora Q�.. <br />4,000-acre major expansion, also known as the y <br />New Model Colony. The development was a <br />joint partnership with multiple land developers, <br />homebuilders, and the City of Ontario. The <br />program included $500 million of :s. <br />infrastructure components, including over �► �'.rr!"" <br />35 miles of new roadways, underground <br />infrastructure, bridges, water distribution <br />system, and parks for a new 19,000 home community. Program Management <br />services included the following: planning; grant management; design <br />development; construction drawings; preparation of bid packages; the <br />development of an interactive communications plan; detailed right-of-way <br />acquisition program for over 200 individual property owners; and the <br />development of a comprehensive partnering relationship with Southern California <br />Edison to enable forward planning on major electrical transmission relocations, <br />distribution conversion, new business distribution, easement and right-of-way <br />purchases. Construction Management for individual projects included: <br />• Archibald / Edison Avenues Street Construction —Construction of over 5 <br />miles of major arterials, including a 96-inch storm drain, 24-inch sewer, 12- <br />inch domestic water, 12-inch recycled water, and relocation of 25 66KV SCE <br />Transmission Poles valued over $54 Million. <br />• Archibald / Edison Avenues Landscape Median Construction — <br />Construction of over 5 miles of major arterial landscape medians, including a <br />signature monument valued over $5 Million. <br />• Francis Water Loop Transmission Line Construction —Construction of <br />over 2.5 miles of 36-inch and 24-inch domestic water transmission mains <br />valued over $11 Million. <br />BUTTER D.
