This Agreement may not be altered, amended, modified or otherwise changed in any respect, except in writing signed by the authorized representatives of both Parties. 6.8 Notices. All notices and other communications required by or relating to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when delivered both by a recognized overnight courier service and by e-mail transmission to the Party in question at the following addresses, or at such other addresses for a Party as shall be specified by like notice, provided that a notice of change of address(es) shall be effective only from the date of its receipt by the other Party. The Party giving notice shall contemporaneously transmit to the other Party and the attorneys for such other Party (at the respective e-mail addresses set forth below) a courtesy e- mail copy of any notices or communications sent concerning this Agreement.
