We effectively guided our clients through the environmental review process and are frequently retained to peer review applicant -prepared environmental documents and studies to provide our local planning agency clients with the technical expertise that may be a gap in their staffing capabilities. We routinely conduct required agency consultations and facilitate, attend, and support our clients in public hearings and community meetings. OUR TEAM Ascent's team has been carefully selected to provide the City of Santa Ana with the most qualified environmental specialists and technical experts necessary for CEQA consulting services related to the Village Santa Ana Specific Plan. The project team will be led by Chad Beckstrom, AICP, and Tanya Jones. Tanya will serve as the project manager and will manage the project team, lead coordination of the work, and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the City. Chad will serve as a hands-on project director to assist Tanya and the team. He will provide guidance and strategic direction and will ensure the highest level of quality in our documents and in client service to the City. In addition, Chris Mundhenk will serve as the principal -in -charge and ensure that Ascent provides the resources needed to deliver the project successfully to the City. We have also brought on Keyser Marston Associates to conduct peer review of the Fiscal and Economic Impact Analysis.
