We <br />effectively guided our clients through the environmental review process <br />and are frequently retained to peer review applicant -prepared environmental documents and studies to <br />provide our local planning agency clients with the technical expertise that may be a gap in their staffing <br />capabilities. We routinely conduct required agency consultations and facilitate, attend, and support our <br />clients in public hearings and community meetings. <br />OUR TEAM <br />Ascent's team has been carefully selected to provide the City of Santa Ana with the most qualified <br />environmental specialists and technical experts necessary for CEQA consulting services related to the <br />Village Santa Ana Specific Plan. The project team will be led by Chad Beckstrom, AICP, and Tanya Jones. <br />Tanya will serve as the project manager and will manage the project team, lead coordination of the work, <br />and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the City. Chad will serve as a hands-on project director to <br />assist Tanya and the team. He will provide guidance and strategic direction and will ensure the highest <br />level of quality in our documents and in client service to the City. In addition, Chris Mundhenk will serve as <br />the principal -in -charge and ensure that Ascent provides the resources needed to deliver the project <br />successfully to the City. We have also brought on Keyser Marston Associates to conduct peer review of <br />the Fiscal and Economic Impact Analysis.
