\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ <br />• QUALIFICATIONS <br />Chad is a collaborative leader with over 25 years of consulting experience in the <br />environmental planning industry covering environmental impact analysis <br />documentation, environmental plans and programs, constraints/opportunities <br />studies, project management, strategic planning, and team leadership. He is <br />committed to exceptional client service, with a steadfast dedication to technical <br />excellence. Chad is well known for the ability to address complex issues, deliver <br />Chad Beckstrom, AICP strategic solutions, and help our clients to communicate scientific results in an <br />Project Director understandable way to their stakeholders and decision -makers. He works to provide <br />his clients with the best professional advice to solve problems related to compliance <br />with CEQA and other environmental regulatory requirements. He has experience on <br />a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, and <br />mixed -use development and redevelopment projects. Chad also teaches courses on <br />CEQA environmental review processes through university extension programs, <br />professional seminars, and client trainings. <br />Tanya has over 15 years of experience as a senior project manager and CEQA <br />specialist. She is dedicated to maintaining flexibility, being highly responsive, <br />facilitating open and direct communication, and strictly adhering to the project <br />budget and schedule. Tanya has been responsible for management on a wide variety <br />,. of projects throughout Southern California subjectto CEQA. She is trained in <br />Tanya Jones environmental analysis and design and has experience preparing environmental <br />Project Manager documents for a range of projects, including residential, commercial, utility and public <br />service infrastructure, energy, and transportation. As a project manager, Tanya serves <br />as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for hands-on <br />management of the overall project and for document quality, schedule, and budget. <br />She has a strong ability to thoroughly review documents and manage project <br />changes, and she uses her expertise to maintain consistency and aggressive <br />schedules. On a daily basis, Tanya coordinates between her clients and project teams <br />to ensure legally defensible environmental documents. <br />Chris has 24 years of experience in the performance of technical analysis, regulatory <br />permitting, and management of CEQA compliance projects. He has managed a <br />rA�_ <br />diverse array of projects, ranging from programmatic/large-scale projects like <br />campus plans and large specific plans to smaller development/infrastructure <br />projects for both public and private clients, including multiple cities and counties <br />�' throughout Southern and Northern California, the California Department of Fish and <br />Chris Mundhenk Wildlife, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, and the Southern <br />Principal -in -Charge California Association of Governments. Chris managed the original EIR for the Metro <br />East Mixed -Use Overlay Zone EIR on behalf of the City of Santa Ana.
