<br />Counties. We have commented on the numerous Santa Ana council agenda items dealing

<br />with the city's controlling of rents over the past couple of years. Most recently, we
<br />submitted comments on the proposal to require a super majority vote to amend the

<br />recently adopted rent control ordinance. Several of our members and their attorneys also

<br />submitted written comments for the record on the proposal that a super majority (2/3)

<br />vote of the full council would be required to amend the current rent control and just cause
