Appendix F — GIS Maps / Current Conditions <br />We will make a presentation of the results from the 2024 PMP update to City personal and/or <br />City Council if necessary (pro-bono). <br />Deliverable: Digital file on flash drive, one (1) hardcopy of the Final Pavement PMP, in <br />binder and electronic form (.pdf), will be sent to the City. Bucknam will provide verified <br />access to the Santa Ana StreetSaver database (cloud -based) as well as all M&R, survey and <br />budget analysis data. <br />TASK 2.5: GIS Map Integration <br />As an enhancement and proactive approach to this project, our staff will update the existing <br />Pavement-GIS link between StreetSaver and the City's GIS system. Our staff will review, with <br />City staff, all ongoing upcoming capital projects that may impact the GIS mapping delivered for <br />this project (includes approx. 30 or less segments to be added/deleted from database). <br />The maps described below will be incorporated into the City's Final PMP report & GIS <br />Enterprise: <br />• PCI values for every section <br />• Work History identifications <br />• 7-yr Arterial / Local Rehabilitation and Slurry Seal Programs <br />• Functional classification maps <br />3-8 <br />
