Hall <br />Re: Planning and Technical Services to Prepare an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />(IS/MND) for McDonald's at Santa Clara Avenue Project <br />Dear Ms. Marks, <br />Pursuant to Section I ("Scope of Services") of Agreement No. A-2020-241-34 entered into by Psomas <br />("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, dated July 10, 2023, Consultant hereby accepts this Letter <br />Agreement for an assignment for on -call planning and technical services for the projected listed above. <br />Consultant shall complete the services per the proposal revised and dated June 1, 2023 (attached as Exhibit <br />A to this Letter Agreement) by November 30, 2023. Compensation is subject to Section 2 of the Agreement <br />and the total compensation for this assignment shall not exceed $77,212.00.
