McDonald's at Santa Clara Avenue ATTACHMENT C SCHEDULE MCDONALD'S AT SANTA CLARA AVENUE PROJECT INITIAL STUDY/MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION May 4, 2023, Revised June 1, 2023 This SOW assumes an up to six-month schedule, upon receipt of final information for the Project description. The six-month schedule for the preparation of the IS/MND does not include the approval process for the IS/MND. Psomas will work diligently and coordinate closely with the City and Project team to ensure the IS/MND is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. All time -saving approaches will be utilized to speed up the schedule, However, Psomas will ensure that time -saving approaches will not jeopardize the quality of the document.
