N-2023-265 <br />collect fees for work performed and costs incurred under the Agreement from May 1, <br />2023 to August 14, 2023. <br />Effective August 15, 2023, O'HAGAN agrees to assume all duties and obligations <br />under the Agreement in favor of the CITY, except for those duties and obligations <br />related to work performed and incurred under the Agreement between May 1, 2023 and <br />August 14, 2023 and agrees to perform same on the same terms and conditions set forth <br />therein. <br />3.
