<br />November 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 $ 70,000 (includes $6,000 platform fee, $56,000 allocated
<br />for the purchase of Digital Content, $5,000 for an annual
<br />magazine subscription service,
<br />for SVOD and Universal Class). For the avoidance of doubt,
<br />OverDrive will invoice only the $25,000 One-Time Content
<br />Credit Deposit for the Term, November 1, 2023 through
<br />June 30, 2024, if Library paid OverDrive the $70,000
<br />Annual Fee, due for this Term, prior to execution of this
<br />OverDrive Digital Library Reserve Order Form.
<br />July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 $ 95,000 (includes $6,000 platform fee, $81,000 allocated
<br />for the purchase of Digital Content, $5,000 for an annual
<br />for SVOD and Universal Class).
<br />July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 $ 95,000 (includes $6,000 platform fee, $81,000 allocated
<br />for the purchase of Digital Content, $5,000 for an annual
<br />for SVOD and Universal Class).
<br />In addition to the Annual Fee, Library requests to be invoiced in the amount of $ 25,000 (USD)-Time Content Credit
<br />-Time Content Credit Deposit
<br />will be invoiced on November 1, 2023.
<br />All payments due to OverDrive under this Agreement are due within thirty (30) days of presentation of invoice.
