OverDrive <br />and Library may renew this Agreement, following the Initial Term, for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon <br />mutual written agreement. <br />OverDrive Digital Library Reserve is licensed pursuant to the OverDrive Digital Library Reserve Access Agreement, <br />available at http://www.overdrive.com/dlr-aa.pdf, the terms of which are incorporated herein and may be <br />modified from time to time. OverDrive agrees and understands that continuation of this Agreement is contingent <br />upon the Library obtaining available funding for these services.
