<br />Athens has more than 30 years of municipal street sweeping experience. Today, Athens manages the largest street sweeping <br />operation in the region, currently serving more than two dozen municipalities, including over 10 years of experience <br />managing street sweeping in the City of Santa Ana. <br />Organizational Chart <br />Athens’ experienced team of managers and drivers will continue to serve the City and may be augmented by new team <br />members as necessary. Gary’s extensive municipal, governmental, and business leadership experience is recognized throughout <br />Southern California and includes research, public outreach, capital project management, negotiating, and resolving complex <br />managerial issues. As Executive Vice President, he is a member of the Athens Executive Team. Before joining <br />Athens, Matt was a general manager for Republic Services. Previously, he served for six years in the U. S. Steven brings an extensive knowledge in <br />global supply chain to the team. A graduate from Cal Poly Pomona with a background in Civil Engineering & Business, Steven <br />went on to lead Frito-Lay California, launch Amazon Fresh for the Greater Los Angeles area, and lead Walmart’s North <br />American consolidation network. Cesar will serve as the City’s key contact for the duration of the contract.
