Project Manager would like the dates and times of <br />the 5-6 workshops and mentorships to remain flexible an open. <br />COMPENSATION: $ 500.00 <br />• DESCRIPTION: Please see Scope of Work for additional information. <br />DEI Training- Scope of Work <br />Statement of Work <br />for <br />Santa Ana Public Library Youth Know ("SAPL-YK") <br />from <br />Dustin Alexander - Mentor & Intern Instructor <br />1) Focus- The purpose of this training is to offer insight, and guidance on Diversity, Equity <br />and Inclusion (DEI) perspectives through workshops and mentoring participants in <br />leadership roles in a collaborative environment toward a culminating socially innovative <br />project. <br />2) Approach/Process <br />1) Training/Guidance-Introduce the core values around DEI work. Their <br />connections between the different focuses, digital literacy, environmental <br />inequities, offer tools for consistent work among participants (teen <br />volunteers/SAPL-YK), strategies for recording progress, review and how to move <br />forward each step toward completion. <br />
