A-clrnlM <br />2) Insight- Participants will be informed of a mentor's experience in DEI work, <br />overcoming challenges and navigating variables by utilizing a team dynamic <br />(collaborative). <br />Micro-Macro(Components)- While introducing the workshops, participants will <br />be regrounded in the scope of this work, such as how the seeds of community <br />work can have long standing changes and blossom into work that benefits <br />citizens/patrons on a universal level if the work goes further than un-conference. <br />Participants will take part in online trainings, workshops and mentoring to <br />develop them as leaders within their social innovation projects <br />Digital Literacy/ Community Literacy- Creating and developing a cohesive <br />strategy to deliver literacy resources. This will range from offering books, <br />encouraging a community of reading among families and connecting it to digital <br />literacy as a universal skill. This will connect into digital literacy to support the <br />community in being able to search, navigate and distinguish available resources <br />for themselves. <br />On the field experience will be provided through community Kids -know <br />storytimes, create artwork and collaborate in creating a Kids -know storybook. <br />Research & Grant Writing - Workshops focused on research and grants to <br />support the projects in operating budgets, needs, completion and delivery. It will <br />also offer insight on how to communicate the needs to the intended community <br />audience. As well as a healthy return on the investment <br />Climate Change- Through an informative environmental lens, participants will <br />review the large and specific challenges the community faces, discuss innovative <br />solutions and ways to connect the stakeholders (community members) with the <br />focused work to ensure productive outcomes. <br />Food Security/ Community Sustainability- Through a community minded lens, <br />participants will be informed of challenges, provided resources, provided <br />examples of innovative solutions, brainstorm and find solutions both specific and <br />broad to provide sustainable security for those at risk or facing inequitable <br />challenges. <br />3) Personnel <br />Dustin Alexander <br />4) Pricing & Budgeting <br />
