CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />e. Proposed Work Plan <br /> Proposal shall include: <br />i. A statement demonstrating the firm’s understanding of the Scope of Services, <br />including: <br /> Anticipated approach to performing services as specified herein; <br /> Suggestions or special concerns the evaluation committee should take into <br />consideration. <br /> Description of deliverables and implementation plan. Proposer shall submit a <br />general description of the deliverables, implementation plan, and timeline. <br /> <br />ii. Cost Proposal <br />All Proposers are required to submit a fixed rate fee with their Cost Proposal. Pricing <br />instructions should be clearly defined to ensure fees proposed can be compared and <br />evaluated. Cost Proposal must include a payment schedule if applicable. City <br />reserves the right to negotiate compensation and/or payment schedule prior to the <br />award of any resulting agreement. <br />Proposals shall be valid for a minimum of one hundred eighty (180) days following the <br />Proposal deadline. The cost of developing the Proposal is the sole responsibility of the <br />Proposer. All Proposals submitted become the property of the City. <br />The City shall not provide reimbursement for travel-related expenses, mileage, <br />parking, lodging, meals, incidental fees, insurance, freight/shipping and <br />handling/delivery, and any other business expenses, supplies, and materials related <br />to providing services as specified herein. Additional costs will not be considered and <br />will not be reimbursed by the City; therefore, such costs must be absorbed in <br />Proposer’s cost proposal fee structure. <br /> <br />iii. Number of Proposal Copies and Signature <br />In addition to the online submittal of proposals by the deadline specified on the cover <br />page of this RFP, one USB flash drive containing a copy of the complete proposal <br />packet and five (5) hard copies of Respondent’s proposal shall be signed by a <br />company official with the authority to bind the company and mailed or delivered in a <br />sealed envelope or box to the City’s Project Manager listed above under Section F. <br />Proposal Contents, at No. 1 Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), a. Cover Letter <br />(addressed to the attention of Project Manager) Additionally, one (1) copy of your Cost <br />Proposal must be submitted electronically to PlanetBids (see Section A – Submittal <br />Instructions). <br /> <br />Sealed envelope or box with proposal documents shall be clearly labeled as <br />follows: <br /> <br />RFP 23-090 Gang Prevention & Intervention Program Services <br /> <br />NOTE: Electronic, paper/hard copies and USB flash drives must all be <br />submitted to the City as specified above by the deadline to submit proposals. <br />No exceptions shall be made. <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana RFP No. 23-090A Page 9 of 47 <br />EXHIBIT 1
