A summary of IFB vendor participation <br />and results is as follows: <br /> <br />162 Vendors notified <br />11 Santa Ana vendors notified <br />37 Vendors downloaded the bid packet <br />13 Bids received <br />2 Bids received from Santa Ana Vendors <br />Bids were solicited, opened on August 15, 2023, and evaluated (Exhibit 1). Of the <br />thirteen Bids received by the deadline, seven were deemed responsive and six were <br />non-responsive due to not meeting IFB specifications and/or complying with IFB terms, <br />conditions, and/or submittal instructions. The bids submitted by 1-Step Ahead; Branded <br />Gifts Plus; BSN Sports, LLC; Loso Creation; and So. Cal Embroidery, LLC were <br />determined to be the lowest, responsible bids, responsive to the specifications, and <br />meet the City’s requirements. Loso Creation and So. Cal Embroidery, LLC are local <br />vendors, located in Santa Ana, CA. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funding for the remainder of the current fiscal year are included in the FY23-24 <br />budget. Funds for the duration of the contract period, an aggregate amount not-to- <br />exceed $425,000 annually, will be included in the proposed budgets for various <br />departmental Miscellaneous Operating Expense accounts (no. 63001) City Council <br />consideration. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
