Award Aggregate Blanket Order Contracts for Chemical Products <br />November 7, 2023 <br />Page 2 <br />3 <br />8 <br />2 <br />5 <br />Technologies, Inc. were determined to be the lowest, responsive to the specifications, <br />and meet the City’s requirements. To ensure sufficient resources are available at all <br />times, staff recommends awarding to the three lowest bidders. These selected vendors <br />show that they carry and are able to provide the City with required chemicals to keep in <br />stock or to order on an as needed basis. <br />Vendor Location <br />Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc.McKinney, TX <br />SiteOne Landscape Supply Cleveland, OH <br />Waterline Technologies, Inc.Santa Ana, CA <br />Outreach Efforts <br />The Purchasing Division advertised this project on the City’s online bid management <br />and publication system, which directly notified nine Santa Ana vendors, one of which <br />downloaded the IFB and submitted a proposal for consideration. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funding is available in the current year budget within various departmental <br />Miscellaneous Operating Expense accounts (No. 63001).
