A 100 percent refund shall be made if the student officially withdraws from a <br />contact hour class prior to the first day of the course. <br />Under this policy, the UYOA, Inc shall notify the student of the right to receive a <br />refund at the time of official withdrawal. <br />NOTE: Course refunds can take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to be <br />processed/received. <br />Refund of Student Fees: <br />A 100 percent refund of fees shall be made if the student officially withdraws prior <br />to the first day of class(es). Also, a student is eligible for 100 percent refund of <br />fees if the class in which the student is officially registered fails to "make" due to <br />insufficient enrollment. <br />Student Grievance Procedure <br />Student enrolled in the Cyber Security Support Technician can address a grievance <br />at any time, below is grievance process: <br />• The student may submit their grievance verbally or in writing to any <br />instructor or the director. <br />• The recipient of the grievance shall notify the authorized personnel assigned <br />to resolve the matter within 24 hours of its receipt. <br />• A resolution will be rendered within seven (7) days or less. If the grievance <br />is not resolved.
