The four -page, full -color <br />brochure will describe the community, organization, position, ideal candidate, and compensation <br />and will include pictures provided by the City of Santa Ana that you feel best represent your <br />organization and your community. <br />Upon your approval, Ms. Beers, Ms. Stevenson, or Mr. Lewis will send the brochure by postal <br />mail and email to a targeted audience, personally inviting potential candidates to apply for a <br />General Executive Recruitment position.
